- Protective equipment — ear protection for cutting unit workers, dust masks for packaging staff, safety boots and gloves for quarry personnel.
- First Aid Stations — stocked and accessible first aid boxes in every department, with trained first aiders on each shift.
- Annual Medical Check-ups — complimentary health screenings conducted once a year for all employees — permanent and contractual.

Santoshi Stone maintains an absolute, non-negotiable zero-tolerance policy on child labour.
Every individual employed at our factory, quarries, and packaging units is above the age of 18 — verified at the time of appointment through government-issued identity documents. This policy extends to every contractor, sub-contractor, and supplier in our value chain. We will not do business with any partner who cannot demonstrate compliance with India’s child labour laws.
We are certified for ethical trading, and this certification is not a formality — it reflects a deeply held belief that no stone we mine, process, or export should ever come at the cost of a child’s future. This is one commitment we have never compromised, and never will.

All our stone is quarried and processed in Kota and Bundi, Rajasthan — one of India’s most significant natural stone regions. From our factory in Budhpura, finished goods are transported to nearby ports — primarily Kandla (Gujarat) and Mundra — for international sea freight. We manage all pre-shipping logistics in-house, ensuring no delays between production completion and container loading.
